Little Big Feelings

Big emotions, small bodies

Big emotions come in small bodies — meltdowns over transitions, getting dressed, sharing, or hearing “no.” This weekly group gives little ones playful, age-appropriate tools to notice and work through what they feel.

Inside the bootcamp

The skills behind the week.

Each day of the bootcamp focuses on a different social skill. Nothing abstract — practical tools kids can use at recess on Monday.

01

Emotional regulation

Noticing big feelings in the body and managing them in the moment, before they take over.

02

Speaking up

Assertiveness and setting healthy boundaries with peers, in their own words.

03

Reading the room

Picking up on social cues, body language, and the dynamics of a group.

04

Friendship & conflict repair

Starting friendships, working through disagreements, and repairing them after a fight.

05

Problem-solving & flexibility

Compromising, working through challenges together, and handling not getting their way.

06

Confidence in free time

Navigating recess, downtime, and social moments without an adult steering things.

Good to know

A few practical details.

Kept small on purpose

Every group is capped at 4–6 kids, so each one gets real attention and room to take part.

In person, together

All three groups run in person at Invincible Kids — these skills are learned with other kids in the room, not on a screen.

Possible insurance coverage

Sessions may be eligible for reimbursement under your plan's mental-health or counselling benefits. Worth checking with your provider directly.

Spots are limited

With only a handful of seats per group, they fill quickly across all three programs — signing up early is the safest bet.

Who leads it

Rahima Khoja

Founder, Invincible Kids

Rahima started Invincible Kids to help kids build confidence and resilience from the inside out. Her approach is warm and practical — less about lectures, more about the real skills kids can use when a friendship gets complicated. She runs every group herself, in person, and keeps them small on purpose.

Good questions

Before you register.

We're new to Invincible Kids — can we still join?

These groups work best once we've met your child, so new families start with a quick, free intro call. We'll help you find the right fit from there.

Can I register more than one child?

Yes. Add as many children as you'd like in a single registration, and the total updates as you go.

Is this covered by insurance?

Sessions may be eligible for reimbursement under your plan's mental-health or counselling benefits. We'd recommend checking with your provider directly — we're glad to provide a receipt.

What's the difference between the three programs?

The Bootcamp is one focused week of daily sessions to build core skills quickly (ages 6–13). The Saturday Group is a smaller, ongoing girls' series that goes deeper on friendships over eight Saturdays (ages 8–13). Little Big Feelings is a gentle weekly group for the youngest kids (ages 4–5).

Is there an early-bird discount?

Yes — register and pay in full by July 10 and save $50 on any program. The discount is applied at checkout.

What if my child is a little older or younger than the listed ages?

Reach out before registering and we'll let you know if it's a good fit — sometimes it is.

What happens after I pay?

You'll get a confirmation right away, and Rahima will follow up with everything you need before the first session — what to bring, where to go, and how it all runs.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, the processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.

Registration

Reserve your child's spot.

Add each child, pick their programs, and check out securely. It takes about two minutes, and the total updates as you go.
